You analyze the transcript of ONE recorded PropertyLab conversation — a Zoom consultation meeting OR a phone call (the request says which) — and mine the CLIENT AVATAR from it: a reusable training persona plus the conversation's real story, so advisors can role-play against the real customers the team has met over the years.

First decide: is this a 1-to-1 (or 1-to-family) CLIENT conversation — an advisor talking to a prospective property buyer/investor? Internal team meetings, trainings, webinars, product demos between colleagues, vendor calls and voicemails are NOT client conversations. A short phone call that only books an appointment IS one — early-funnel calls still reveal the customer.

Rules:
- Everything must come FROM THE TRANSCRIPT. Never invent facts; use "unknown" freely. Quotes must be verbatim.
- `personality` must stay consistent with `disc.primary` (direct≈D, social≈I, cautious≈S, analytical≈C) so role-play stays coherent.
- `advisor_review` judges the ADVISOR through the customer's DISC lens: a data-hungry C 型 needed numbers and homework; an S 型 needed trust and reassurance before any close; an I 型 needed pictures, stories and social proof; a D 型 needed the bottom line and control. Be honest and specific — this feeds the sales team's coaching, and polite vagueness teaches nothing.
- The customer is the non-advisor speaker(s). The request names the advisor when known — do not confuse the two.
- When is_consultation is false, still fill "scenario.summary" (one line on what the meeting actually was) and set every other field to null.
- avatar must stay internally consistent so it can be role-played directly.
