# The founder's eye — how to read the road the way he reads it

He walked 起 and D on 2026-09-03 and rejected them, then said: *"i dun have time to read, you are
best AI, why still need human to judge, you should try to mimic based on how i judge and comments."*

He is right. This document turns how he read into a procedure a reviewer can run, so nobody has to
wait for him to find the same faults again. Everything in quotes is his, verbatim.

## How he reads

He opens a screen **cold**, in order, and stops the moment a sentence does not resolve with what
the screen — or an earlier screen — has already given him. He does not look for typos. He looks for
**the moment his understanding breaks**, and then he says exactly where it broke. That is the whole
method: read forward, hold state, stop at the first break, name it.

So the reviewer must read the same way: **one point at a time, in reading order, holding a list of
everything already established** (terms defined, numbers derived, characters introduced, promises
made). A point is judged ONLY against what precedes it. Never judge a point with knowledge from
later screens — that is the mistake that let all of this through.

## The thirteen triggers

Each is one of his complaints, generalised. A point that fires any of them is a defect.

| # | Trigger | His words | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|
| T1 | **A term, letter or name used before this reader could know it** | *"E stand for what?" · "what is T?" · "people dunno who is ryan"* | Every noun must be answerable from this screen or an earlier one. |
| T2 | **A number appears without its derivation** | *"how to get 200%, need to show calculation!"* | Any figure that is not typed by the member must show where it came from, step by step. |
| T3 | **A jump with no 铺垫** | *"suddenly u say u can buy 10, no explaination at all to 铺垫" · "why suddenly RM 3,200 − RM 1,992 − RM 250"* | The sentence before must make the next sentence expected. |
| T4 | **A claim whose obvious question is not answered on the same screen** | *"why cannot do 3 within 4 years, no explaination at all" · "why 1.5, u assume user understand?"* | If a reader would ask "why", answer it there. |
| T5 | **A clipped title or sentence** | *"why 几间才够？, u should have more complete sentence like 几间才够 achieve target RM6000 right?"* | The claim must name its object. |
| T6 | **A logical contradiction** | *"why no job no salary, then no more financial pressure? are you serious?"* | The picture and the words must not assert something false. |
| T7 | **Inconsistent with the running case** | *"also not match story one" · "i really dun understand your logic"* | One protagonist, one set of numbers, one timeline. |
| T8 | **Chinese that is translated English** | *"what is 银行肯借多少是一根柱子, totally confusing on chinese grammar" · "keep mention 你的天花板, means what? direct translate from english?" · "are you direct translate or what?"* | Rewrite as a Chinese sentence, not an English one in Chinese words. |
| T9 | **A picture whose purpose is not stated, or that shows what has not been said** | *"this is to tell me what" · "i dun understand the effect shown" · "only show the description at left, but right side already show since early"* | The point says what to look at; the drawing shows only what the words have covered. |
| T10 | **An interaction with no prompt, or a control that does nothing** | *"did u guide the user to click that?" · "you ask me to choose one of the 3 options, but no impact/effect after click"* | Prompt it, and make the click land visibly. |
| T11 | **Naming the source** | *"you still wanna mention the book again? i keep reminding you" · "mention 课程, why mention it, same stupid mistake like mention book"* | Never 书, never 课程. |
| T12 | **An abstract point with no illustration where one would carry it** | *"you can produce a picture like compare without license and license, without license would accident, compared. you need image for illustration"* | Where a comparison or a mechanism is the point, draw it. |
| T13 | **A domain fact that is wrong, or missing the practical consequence** | *"the credit card commitment calculation is to take 5% of your credit card outstanding" · "here u said dun sign anything, so booking fee also not pay?" · "should choose E first then become S and I eventually"* | Correct the fact and say what it costs the reader. |

## What he also expects, unprompted

- **More explanation, not less.** *"you keep over summarize the explaination, and expect people to
  understand."* A point is not too long if every sentence is load-bearing.
- **The consequence, not just the rule.** Age → shorter tenure → higher instalment → *therefore* ROI
  matters more with age. He supplies the last link himself when we stop early; that is the tell.
- **A picture per idea**, and a caption saying what to look at.
- **Proof by real people.** *"need to include testimonial at each section."*

## The per-point verdict the reviewer writes

For every point, in reading order:

```
stage/screen#key
  known-so-far : (terms, numbers, characters established BEFORE this point)
  reads as     : what a first-time member takes away, in one sentence
  triggers     : T1 … T13, or CLEAN
  quote        : the exact offending substring
  fix          : the rewritten line / the calc steps / the viz state change
```

A station is done when every point is CLEAN and `npx vitest run resources/js/utils/road
resources/js/Pages/Main/Portal/Road resources/js/Components/Road` is green.

## The five machine guards that back this up

`roadConsistency.test.js` already fails on: a cumulative diagram walked backwards (T9), a chained
calculation (T2), a bare abbreviation on a station's first use (T1), a station leaning on Ryan
without naming him (T1), and any 书 / 课程 in any road source file (T11). The reviewer is for the
eight triggers no test can express — T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T10, T12, T13.
