Copied on 8 September 2026 from the agreed v1.1 artifacts in the task workspace. The Markdown copies add a delivery annotation; the source planning text is otherwise unchanged. The design's M0–M4 labels do not mean that every milestone is complete. Some proposed capabilities require additional implementation or validation; scheduled traffic-aware/transit routing is explicitly unavailable in the current adapters. Unknown source area basis prevents a compatible asking-PSF benchmark despite the calculation code being present. No public or production deployment is claimed.

## Local preview environment note

The existing lockfiles resolve Laravel Inertia adapter `2.0.24` and Vue adapter `3.3.0`. The isolated preview uses the existing `INERTIA_USE_SCRIPT_ELEMENT_FOR_INITIAL_PAGE=true` setting: `false` produced null initial-page data and a blank screen. `API_PREFIX=api` is also required by the existing Dingo provider in the empty preview environment. No dependency upgrade was made. Broader navigation/SSR and production environment verification remains a release gate.
